Sue Baird

Through all of her years in real estate, Sue has been a member of the Humboldt County Board of Realtors, serving on many committees. She was named Realtor of the Year in 1989, was President of the Board in 1991, and in 1992 she served on the California Association of Realtors as Regional Director of the Board.

Sue is very civic and community oriented, having served as Past President of the Fortuna B.P.W. Club, a charter member of the Fortuna Eel Valley Soroptimist Club, past member of the Fortuna Planning Commission and Fortuna Economic Development Corp. She currently serves on the Humboldt County Assessment Appeals Board.

Leaving the Red Carpet Franchise Corporation, Sue joined Coldwell Banker, a National Franchise Company in December of 1996.

Sue is respected by all her associates as she sets an exemplary example. She attends many Real Estate Seminars each year to keep abreast and informed on all the latest changes in the Real Estate profession.

Sue resides in Fortuna with her husband Harvey.
